Yesterday afternoon we headed back to the beach. It was so hot that a arvo swim was a must. Ella got on the board for a little and I grabbed some frames of the afternoon crew doing there thing.
This morning we headed to the local. The wind had turned back favourably and yet there wasnt alot of people in the water. It wasn't the best, but better than the numbers suggested.
This morning was cut short as a took a tumble on the rocks up the north end. Cracked my head. Scrapped my back. So im a little dazed at the moment. No concussion but not 100%. At this age, maybe i should just bust out the walker and bubble wrap.
