Today started with a fruit platter breakfast at Diggers with our Diggers crew. They shared with my a giant gift basket, purely to thank me for being part of the community. Which, honestly, even as a type a few hours later, still blows me away. I love Coffs Harbour. I love our Diggers crew. I love our surf community through Boardriders. I love our mornings, our chats, our moments and being able to play a small part of those moments. My heart is very full.

Surf wise, diggers was blown out by the time we got there. So we headed to Gallows. You’ll notice that I dont ever name where I shoot (locals can tell which beach anyway) cause its the rule, but given the increased population due to holidays, I don’t care.

Honestly, It was the Sammy show. Waves looked better than what they were (not my words), alot of people struggled, and would probably get worse on the high tide right about now (9:30am). But Sammy just shredded for about 30 mins.

Stay safe over Christmas everyone. I know things get a little tense with more people on the beach, but lets keep breathing and know that its just a season of sharing and caring.

If you’re featured in a photo and want the high res, let me know via email or Instagram / Facebook. I’m more than happy to share photos of you for you to keep, print, frame etc. You are the hero, i just get to capture the moment.
