This morning was a case of making the most of the Monday Minis.
With the wind being NNW at the time I left, i figured the protected corners were going to work. First stop, too flat. Second stop, one surfer out (But it looked fun?). So i figured going to ol’ faithful for a walk would be a nice start to the day.
And just like the beach, there were a bunch of local legends enjoying 1ft runners in the south. The phone said it “felt like 2 degrees” but it was genuinely nice. Nice enough for a swim for some, and surf for others.
It was too nice not to shoot the locals on the mini waves this morning. And that wind shifted by 7:45am anyway, turning more westerly.
