I traded the lens for some tongs for part of the morning, as we celebrated on of our friends (and newly appointed surfer mum) birthday!
BBQ on the beach might be something we do more regularly. It's a lot of fun.
Ok, to the waves... better than yesterday, but that straight east swell is abit tricky. Some banks love it, others are unsurfable. So its all about finding the right spot. Who knows what the weekend brings though. All the buzz is that there is a swell event on the way due to a cyclone in the Pacific. Fingers crossed.
