The swell has a pulse!
There was an increased size in swell today. Always fun after a few weeks of low and slow. This pulse brought the traffic early. Maybe it’s a Friday thing.
I was too lazy to make the most of it though. I plonked myself down on the sand and that was that. I ran 4km without stopping for the first time in my life yesterday. I aint doing any extra today.
