Scotts Head, NSW
Some surf towns are a dream. Surfing in Scotts Head is magic. The town, the vibe, the long rights. It is the perfect surf getaway.
When it comes to small coastal towns, there isn’t many that out charm Scotts Head. With 2 beautiful beaches, and a world class long board wave of the back beach (which is pretty much the main beach), a good time is always to be had.
A fair warning, the bowls club goes hard on Friday and Saturday nights. We almost had to put in a noise complaint. Their PA for the raffles is set to 11.
Not only is the township unreal, but just down the road you have Grassy Head. A fun wave and great fishing is to be had down the road with ample camping options.
Surfing in Scotts Head is more than just an activity, a bucketlist to check off, its an experience that we, and we hope you as well, never take lightly.
